Help with Class results

Class results: a useful next step

Use class results to review voting totals and volunteer calendars in one place. Choose a collection, then look carefully at the labels before drawing a conclusion or planning your next step.

Read the display

A voting chart summarizes responses currently available to that collection. Compare the categories using the same scale. A larger total indicates more recorded responses in that category; it does not explain why people made their choices.

Check a volunteer schedule

For a calendar, confirm the event, date, and scheduled time. Read any directions attached to the signup. If your plans change or a recent signup is missing, speak with Mr. Alexander rather than assuming the display has updated.

Respond through the original page

These displays help you review information. Use the original voting or signup page when you need to add a response. Check the Student Hub for the current classroom links and follow the directions for that activity. Before submitting, review your information and make sure you have chosen the correct event. For a class discussion, describe what the chart shows using a specific comparison, then explain one limitation of the available data.
