  1. 62×4=248, 12×2=24,
    18×3=54, 25×4=100,
    248+24=272+100=
    372+54=426
    426/4=106.50$
    106.5$ for each person.

  2. 106.5$ for each person. I got this by adding up all of the numbers and dividing them buy the amount the group wants to buy. After that I had added up all of the numbers i divided it by 4 to get my estimate of 106.50$.

  3. The answer is $117 and how I got the answer is I added 62 with 12 which equaled 74, then I added the 74 with 18 which equaled 92, I added 92 with 26 which came to the answer of $117.

    1. I see your point but I think u are wrong because it’s not 62 because tickets costs 62 yes but it say’s that there was 4 friends so u got to add 62 4 times and they get 2 lockers not 1 so it’s not 12 is 24 and they buy 3 pizzas so it’s 18+18+18 not just 18 so I have a different opinion I believe u are wrong since I din’t add the costs of the other persons.

    2. I see your point but I think u are wrong because it’s not 62 because tickets costs 62 yes but it say’s that there was 4 friends so u got to add 62 4 times and they get 2 lockers not 1 so it’s not 12 is 24 and they buy 3 pizzas so it’s 18+18+18 not just 18 so I have a different opinion I believe u are wrong since I din’t add the costs of the other persons That’s interesting but I think there is another way to solve it.

  4. For The total is 426 because if tickets are 62$ each than that would add up to 248$, If were getting 2 lockers but the lockers are 12$ each than that would add up to 24$, If 3 pizza’s for lunch is 18$ each than that would add up to 54$, and if souveners were 25$ each than that would add up to 100$, adding all the numbers up 248+24+54+100= 426$ we spent for the amusement park.

  5. Tickets cost 62$ each.
    Renting 2 lockers 12$ each
Everyone is sharing 3 large pizzas which cost 18$ each
25$ are set aside so that everyone can buy souvenirs.
For each persons ticket: 248$ in total for everyone
The 2 lockers for 4 people equals 48$ for everyone.
The pizza cost is 72$ for 4 people in the split of 3 pizzas
The cost for each person to buy souvenirs is 100$ with all the money combined.
They spent 468$ on this trip alone.
How I got my answer 248$, was when I multiplied 62 x 4 which equals? 248. Then for the 2 lockers price for each person for just that one day, I also multiplied that by 4, 12 x 4 is also 48. Then I multiplied the cost for 3 large pizzas, which was 18 x 4 which equaled 72. Then I also multiplied the souvenir cost by 4 and I got 100$ set aside for everyone comishioning in the cost. I think that everyone was sharing equally in a way, but then it seems like they didn’t really share money when it came to the pizza. This is how I solved the problem, and what I think about this question, the total on what they spent on everything is 468$ alone for this whole trip and food, etc etc.

    1. That’s interesting, but I think another way to look at it is addition and not dividing because that gor me to 426$ for the amusement park.

  6. I know that 62 x 4 = 248$ now for the 2 lockers each person will pay 6$ in total it will be 24$ for the pizza’s each person will pay 13.5$ each person will pay 25$ each in total it will be 100 dollars in soveniers. The price of the whole trip is 439.5$

    1. I agree with your point about the total cost because I feel like everything is very expensive at parks.

  7. I multiplied 62 x 4 and got the answer of 248 for the tickets. Then I added 12 + 12 and got 24 for the lockers, I also, multiplied 18 x 3 and got 54 for the 3 pizzas. Therefore I multiplied 25 x 4 for the souvenirs and got 180. I added the total and got 506 of the whole trip to the theme park. For each one of them they would pay 126 for their own belongings at the park Because I divided 506 into 4 sections and got 126.

  8. 62×4=240+8= 248 for tickets. A group of 4 people want to go to the park there are going to pay 62 for tickets that is going to be
12×2=24 for lockers. 248 for 4 people they also want to buy 2 locker, each locker cost 12 so that is going to be 24 for
18×3=24+30= 54 for pizzas. 2 locker. They also want to buy 3 pizza, each pizza cost $18 that is going to be 54 for pizza. But
+25 for souvenir they also wan to buy a souvenir which the is 25 for everyone. The total cost of everything is 351
248+24+54_25 divided by 4 which the total cost of everything per person would be $87.75.
    1 1
    079+
    272
    =351/4
    = 87.75 dollar/person

  9. Tickets cost $62 each 62×4=248
The group will rent 2 lockers for the day at $12 each12x4=24
Everyone will share the cost of 3 large pizzas at lunch. Each pizza costs $18=54
Each person also wants to buy souvenirs, and sets aside $25 for that25x4=100
The cost of evething is 402.

  10. The total cost for the whole group would be $426 including the tickets, lockers, food, and souvenirs. The way I solved this is by first multiplying 62 by the amount of people in the group, which is 4. Then I did 12 by 2 to get 24, adding that to my answer. After, I multiplied 18 by 3 and got 54, also adding that to my total so far. Afterward, I did 25 by 4 to get the amount of money everybody put aside for souvenirs. Lastly, I added up all of my answers to get the total, $426. If everybody shared the cost equally, the amount would be $106 each person. I got this by dividing 426 by 4.

  11. to get what each person pays for the trip I multiplied 62$ X 4= 248 for the tickets(this will be added to the total after) then 2 X 12$ = 24$ for the shared lockers(also added later). after that you multiple 3 X 18$ = 54$ for the pizzas.and for the souvenirs the group puts 25$ each so or 4 people thats 100$. for the second to last step add all of the previous totals 248$ + 24$ + 54$ + 100$ = 426$. for the final step divide the total by the amount of people spiting the cost 4 / 426$ = 106.5$ each person will spend.

  12. 62+12+18+25=117 so they will have to pay 117 for everything and how i solve this problem by adding the numbers

  13. First I add 62 4 times for the tickets and I get 248 Then I got to multiply the 2 lockers that cost 12$ so if they buy 2 lockers and they costs 12$ that means they got to pay 24$ because 12+12 is 24 so we are in 24+248 of the tickets we have 272 now the pizza costs each pizza costs 18$ and they buy 3 pizzas so 18+18+18=54 now 272+54=326 then each person wants to buy souvenirs that costs 25$ so if they are 4 that means that this will be 25+25+25+25=100 dollars now we add 100$+326$=426 and last I got to divide 426/4=106 R:2.

  14. First, I multiplied 62, which is the cost of one ticket, and then I multiplied it by the number of people going to the theme park. which is 5, including me. The result was 310. Then, the group wants to rent 2 lockers for the day, each costing 12 dollars. I multiplied 2 by 12 and got 24. Then, we add 24 to our previous result. 24 plus 310 making 334. Next, I multiplied the cost of the pizza, being 18, by 3, the number of pizzas they were ordering. Resulting in 54. again, adding 54 to our previous result. 54 plus 334 equals 388. Then, each one of us wanted to buy souvenirs, each costing 25 dollars. Multiplying 5 times 25 results in 125. Adding 125 to our subtotal, we get 513. 513 is our answer to how much money we will be spending. We divide 513 by 5. 103 is our final rounded-up answer for how much money each person in the group, including me, will be paying, divided equally.

  15. If the 4 friends want to get into the park each tiket costs 62$ each so for the 4 of them there cost will be $248, I know this because I multiplyed the 62 with the 4 people. 2 of the friends needed to put there stuff away, they both bought 1 locker for each of them each locker costs about 12$ each so the friends spent 24$ on the two lockers. When the friends got hungry they went to the food court they got 3 pizzas for all of them each pizza costs about 18$ so for all the pizza they bought it costed 54$ for the pizza ik this because I mulityplyed the amount of money with the 3 pizzas, and once they were done eating they saw a gift shop not to far away they wanted to get a souvenirs for them all each souvenirs cost 25$ so for each souvenirs for them 4 they paid 100$ for them all, ik this because I mulityplyed the 25$ and the 4 of them so get 100. And for all the the costs they all paid about 426$ for everything.

  16. 62$ x 5 = 310 then I times 12$ x 2 =24 after that I times 18$ x 3 =54 then I times 25$ x 5 = 125 after that I add 310 + 24 =334 + 54 =388 + 125 =513$
    for the people equal paying of 513$ i 513$ / 5 = 120 for the people paying

  17. If you times all the numbers together you’ll get the answer.

    4 x 62=248
    2 x 12=24
    3 x 18=54
    4 x 25=100
    426 I think.

  18. I got $468 for my answer and I got it by adding all the amounts witch equaled 117 then I multiply it by 4 witch got me $468

  19. If me and 4 friends are planning a trip to a theme park. and the Tickets cost $62 each and The group will rent 2 lockers for the day at $12 each Everyone will share the cost of 3 large pizzas at lunch. Each pizza costs $18 Each person also wants to buy souvenirs, and sets aside $25 for that 62+62+62+62+62+12=12+18=18+18+25 =431$

  20. I agree with your point about 62 x 2 because it totals up to 248. I also think multiplying to get the answer is important, since it’s for 4 people the trip. You made a good point about the answering being 426; I hadn’t thought about it that way.

  21. To solve this problem I first did 62 multiplied that to 4 and got 248 which is how much their tickets will cost and the lockers will cost 24 dollars. Next i multiplied 3 and 18 for the pizza and i got 24? and for the last answer for the souvenir i got 40 and i multiplied that to get my answer.
