Elena’s stomach growled loudly as she watched her classmates unwrap sandwiches and snacks. She reached into her backpack again, hoping by some miracle her lunch had appeared. Nothing. She sighed and stared at her desk. Ms. Jenkins noticed and quietly walked over, slipping a brown paper bag onto Elena’s desk. “It happens to all of us,” she whispered with a kind smile. Inside was a peanut butter sandwich, an apple, and a note: “You’re not alone. Enjoy lunch. –M.J.”
Elena felt warmth rise in her chest. She had been embarrassed, but now she just felt grateful.

Elena was extremely hungry, and she knew it. Luckily, Ms. Jenkins slid her some lunch and let her know she understood her.
-MJ”.
The main idea of this passage is the kindness and support Elena receives from her teacher, Ms. Jenkins, when she is without lunch. My evidence from the text is when Ms. Jenkins said “your not alone.”
The main Idea is that she’s hungry and she was not alone.
The main idea of the story is Elena’s stomach growled and Ms. Jenkins gave her food.
The main idea is about how Elena is hungry and wants food.
The main idea of this passage is that small acts of kindness can make a big difference. Ms. Jenkins noticed that Elena didn’t have lunch and quietly gave her food along with a kind note. The note which said “You’re not alone. Enjoy lunch. –M.J.,” reassured Elena and made her feel grateful instead of embarrassed This shows how compassion and generosity can help someone feel supported and valued.
The main Idea is giving Elena lunch because she has nothing, and Ms.Jenkins did, so she decided to share her lunch by giving hers to Elena.
That she forgot her lunch and her teacher gave her a lunch..
I think the main idea of this text is Elena forgot her lunch and Ms.Jenkins kindness and understanding, Ms.Jenkins gave her lunch to Elena.
The main idea of this passage was Elena had forgotten her lunch and she was very hungry her stomach was growling while her classmates were eating their snacks. Elena was quite embarrassed since she had no lunch or any snacks, Ms Jenkins had noticed then walked over to her desk and handed her a brown bag with a note that wrote “You’re not alone’ Elena was grateful.
What the passage is about anyone is here to help you no matter what. For example the teacher helped Elena with the lunch situation.
