Research Warm-Up: Explore an Animal of Your Choice

This warm-up activity helps you practice research skills and organize your ideas clearly. You will choose any animal, find one interesting fact, and explain why you picked it. This exercise supports reading, writing, and basic research strategies you’ll use all year.

Your Task:
Write 4–5 complete sentences that:

  1. Name the animal you chose.
  2. Share one interesting fact about it.

  4. Describe why you decided to choose this animal.
  5. Check your spelling and clarity before posting.
