You do the math. The ship does the flying. Correct answers blast asteroids out of the way. Wrong answers let an asteroid reach your shield. Survive the full five-minute mission.
No steering controls are needed. The spaceship flies automatically while students focus on multiplication.
Multiplication Mission is a five-minute practice game for building confidence with multiplication facts. Your spaceship flies automatically, so you can concentrate on each calculation.
Choose a time when you can focus for the full mission. Read the instructions, locate the answer box, and start when you are ready. Accuracy matters: a correct answer clears an asteroid, while an incorrect answer lets it reach your shield.
If a fact is unfamiliar, use a relationship you already know. For example, work out 7 × 8 by finding 5 × 8 and adding 2 × 8. Say the complete equation in your head. With practice, related facts become easier to recall without counting every group.
After the mission, compare your accuracy with your score. Identify a fact family that needs attention and practice it slowly with an array or equal groups before playing again. A useful goal is “I can explain and recall the eights facts.” The next attempt gives you another opportunity to improve; it is not a comparison with classmates.
