  1. I don’t think it is fair to punish someone that did not do but let it happen because it is not there falto that the person dose not know what good and what is worng.

  2. I do not think it is fair to punish someone for something they didn’t do, even though they saw it but didn’t stop it. I don’t think it is fair because although they saw it the person probably didn’t know what to do or didn’t know how to react.

  3. It is unfair for someone to be punished. They allowed it to happen because not everyone is brave enough to interfere. This person could have a condition that doesn’t allow them to speak or even move. But on the other hand, if they are encouraging the bad action, it is unacceptable. This is why they should not be punished.

  4. No, it’s not fair because they didn’t take part in it and they probably didn’t know what was gonna happen if they allowed it.

  5. In my opinion I dont think its fair if they get punished badly like suspension etc. But if they allowed it to happen then I think 1 hour detention would work just fine. But if they encouraged it to happen and they had a way to stop it but didn’t then I say 2 hours. But if they had no way of stopping it then they shouldn’t be punished.

  6. I think it’s not fair to punish someone for somethings they didn’t do but let it happen because they weren’t the ones who did the wrong thing plus it’s really not there problem if they didn’t do nothing.

  7. I don’t think it’s fair to punish someone for not doing anything because there weren’t the ones who did something to another person so there’s no reason for them to get in trouble.

  8. In my opinion, I think it is not fair for you to punish someone for something they did not do, on the contrary, they should be grateful for not allowing them to do it.

  9. I think it is unfair to punish someone for not doing anything but allowing it to happen because maybe they were too scared to stop whatever was going on because they thought it was gonna happen to them. And they did not take part in anything.

  10. I don’t think it fair to punish some one until you have evidence of who did it and also if they have proof who did it and hey didn’t do it I mean it fair game.

  11. Depends on the situation like if it’s very serious for example someone you know is getting abused and you don’t do anything to stop it then I think maybe you should get punished. If someone is encouraging a fight or argument then no I don’t think so. Another thing I don’t think someone should get punished If they didn’t want to be apart of something.

  12. It would not be fair because if they did not even do it then they should not get in trouble at all but if they allowed it to happen still they should not be in trouble.

  13. I think It is very wrong because if you get called a bystander and they try to make the blame on you and make you stay even longer. Another reason why I think it is wrong is because people can be blamed for not knowing what happened so they take everything on them because they have no evidence.
